i'm looking at commin home on leave to ny to do some steelhead fishing. anyone have any reciepes they would care to share with me for winter and spring. someone help plz.

that combination has been a go to color since the end of the salmon run. tried a new creek last friday and couldn't get anything on any color but the combination. prolly the 3rd or 4th cast had a hook up and couple more in an hr.

wat kind of fly was it.

very nice fly that'd be good to throw next couple of days with the water finally becoming fishable, u got a nact for fly tying
